Come and get ready to be surprised by the healing from your ancestors!

You will be exploring hidden patterns that impact you today. Please ensure that you have a buffer of time for yourself afterwards. Bring a water bottle, wear comfortable clothing, something for the alter that is meaningful for you, and a journal (which is optional). There will likely not be time to journal, it is just for your small notes.
