This group addresses the collective trauma survived by our ancestors that is still felt in our bones and nervous system. We will explore ways of honoring and healing.
THE POWER OF THE ELEMENTS
This series offers the opportunity to explore the magic of the elements of Ether, Water, Wind, Fire and Earth. Witness the elements within yourself through meditation, breathwork, language, sound, acupressure, movement, ritual and community.

HEALING TRIP TO PERU
This trip is based around the Sacred Valley and the 7 chakras. Each day will include a a visit to a sacred site and a ceremony. These trips are co-facilitated by Marcela Pantigozo of Cuzco and Urubamba and usually occur in early Spring.
